Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The VisiMention service is operated by CHARBEL RAMI TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ 53.257.018/0001-30, with registered offices at R CAP MACEDO 485, VILA CLEMENTINO, SAO PAULO, SP ("we", "us"). Written notice may be sent to support@visimention.com.
That address is also our privacy contact and data protection channel.
2. Data, purpose, and retention
- Account and workspace: name, email, password hash, language, memberships, support messages, brands, domains, competitors, markets, prompts, notes, and reports. We use these to perform our contract and keep them while the account or organization needs them.
- Billing: plan, subscription status, Stripe identifiers, and transaction records, used to perform the contract, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Stripe receives card details directly. We keep required financial records for the legal period.
- Technical: IP address, browser, timestamps, actions, security logs, and necessary session/security cookies, used for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service and kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
- Affiliate: a referral code cookie lasts 60 days and credits an affiliate if you create an organization. We use it for our legitimate interest in operating the program.
Deleting your account removes your profile and detaches your name from workspace content, but that content remains with its organization. We may retain data longer where law or a legal claim requires it.
3. Sharing and international transfers
We share only what is needed with:
- Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing.
- DigitalOcean — Application and database hosting.
- Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, and this website.
- Resend — Transactional email delivery.
- Sentry — Error monitoring and diagnostics.
- Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and Perplexity — Running your prompts to measure brand visibility.
Report prompts are sent to the selected AI providers. Some providers process data outside Brazil; we use transfer mechanisms permitted by the LGPD and ANPD rules. We may also disclose data when legally required or to handle a legal claim. We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
4. Your rights and our responsibilities
Under LGPD Article 18, you may request confirmation, access, correction, portability, information about sharing, review of automated decisions where applicable, and anonymisation, blocking, or deletion where the legal requirements are met. You may withdraw consent or object to unlawful processing. Contact support@visimention.com free of charge; you may also complain to the ANPD or consumer-protection bodies. We and our processors must protect the data, limit it to the stated purposes, and respond to incidents as law requires. Material changes to this notice will be communicated.
