Affiliate Program Terms
1. Agreement
The VisiMention service is operated by CHARBEL RAMI TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ 53.257.018/0001-30, with registered offices at R CAP MACEDO 485, VILA CLEMENTINO, SAO PAULO, SP ("we", "us"). Written notice may be sent to support@visimention.com.
This invitation-only program pays commission for referred customers. Your affiliate page states your commission percentage, commission window, and customer discount. Those rates and these terms form the agreement, which you accept by using your link or affiliate page. You participate independently, not as our employee or agent.
2. Referrals and discounts
A click stores your code in that browser for 60 days. A new organization created there is attributed once to the most recent affiliate clicked. Our records control attribution. Self-referrals and organizations you belong to are excluded. If your rates include a discount, it applies once per organization to the first 3 monthly payments or first yearly invoice, at the rate in force when the organization was created.
3. Commissions and payouts
You earn your stated percentage of each qualifying amount paid during the stated commission window, in the invoice currency and at the rate in force when paid. No commission accrues while your account is paused. A full or partial customer refund reverses the corresponding commission, including by deduction from a later payout. Commission becomes payable after 30 days. Currency balances are separate and are paid periodically after reaching $50 USD or R$ 250 BRL. You must provide correct payment and tax documents and are responsible for your taxes.
4. Promotion and ending
Clearly disclose that you may be paid for referrals. Do not spam, mislead, impersonate us, bid on the VisiMention name in ads, self-refer, or set a referral cookie without a deliberate click. Either party may end the program by notice; we may pause or end participation for breach. Lawfully earned balances remain payable after the hold, without the usual minimum. We may change future rates or terms after at least 30 days' email notice; accrued commission keeps its original rate.
