What you are charged

Customers in Brazil are billed in Brazilian reais; everywhere else we bill in US dollars. Checkout picks the currency for you and you can see it before you confirm. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply where you are established. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — monthly or yearly, whichever you chose — until cancelled, and are charged through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Changing or cancelling

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing screen in your account, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. See the refund policy for details, including the seven-day withdrawal right for first purchases.

Unused credits

Report credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not carry over. If you reach your limit, you can upgrade at any time to raise it.
