Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Cancel at any time in your account's billing screen, without a fee. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the paid plan remains active through the period already paid for and then moves to the free plan.
Refunds
A consumer who contracts online may withdraw within seven days after contracting under Article 49 of Brazil's Consumer Protection Code. Use the in-app support form or email support@visimention.com from the account address within that period; no reason is required. We will confirm receipt and refund the payment in full to the original payment method. Outside mandatory legal rights, a started billing period is not prorated or refunded.
This policy does not limit remedies required for an incorrect or unauthorised charge, defective service, or an unfulfilled offer. Send any refund or billing request to support@visimention.com.
