Terms of Service
1. The agreement
The VisiMention service is operated by CHARBEL RAMI TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA, enrolled under CNPJ 53.257.018/0001-30, with registered offices at R CAP MACEDO 485, VILA CLEMENTINO, SAO PAULO, SP ("we", "us"). Written notice may be sent to support@visimention.com.
By creating an account or using VisiMention, you accept these terms and confirm that you can enter into this contract. The service sends prompts to third-party AI providers and analyses their responses to measure brand visibility. You are responsible for your account, credentials, and invited members. Affiliates also accept the affiliate program terms.
2. Plans and cancellation
Prices, currencies, taxes, and plan limits appear on the pricing page. Stripe processes payment. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. You may cancel in the billing screen at any time; access continues through the paid period and then moves to the free plan. We may change a future renewal price after at least 30 days' email notice. The refund policy explains the seven-day consumer withdrawal right and other mandatory remedies.
3. Content and proper use
You keep your rights in content you submit and give us only the licence needed to operate the service, including sending prompts to the providers named in the privacy policy. Do not break the law, infringe rights, access systems without permission, resell the service, exceed plan access, overload it through automation, or submit third-party personal data without a lawful basis. We may suspend access needed to stop a breach, abuse, security risk, or legal violation.
4. Results and availability
AI responses are probabilistic and may change or contain errors, so reports are estimates rather than guarantees. The service may also be interrupted, including when a provider is unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that Brazilian law does not allow us to exclude.
5. Ending, changes, and contact
You may delete your account at any time. We may end an account that breaches these terms or when legally required, with notice where practical. We will email you before a material change applies. Brazilian law governs; consumers retain the forum and protections provided by consumer law. Questions and notices: support@visimention.com.
